The miTeamMobile app extends the power and functionality of AMTELCO’s miTeamWeb call center enterprise solution to hand-held devices. The miTeamMobile app makes it possible for mobile device users to have access to AMTELCO’s advanced call center features without operator involvement. Features available with miTeamMobile include directory, on-call scheduling, reporting, message scripting, and sending and receiving messages.
miTeamMobile enables you to view your current status, new messages, and on-call schedule assignments directly from the home screen. You can set your default status and modify your availability throughout your shift from the status tab. You can navigate to the inbox for incoming miSecureMessages encrypted text messages, e-mail, and SMS text messages. You also can initiate a new message and reply to an existing message from the inbox.
miTeamMobile lets you browse the directory and search for existing contacts to initiate a conversation based on the available contact methods, including e-mail, phone, miSecureMessages, SMS text messaging, pager, fax, and Vocera Badge text messaging. The on-call tab makes viewing schedules and shifts effortless and provides the logged-in user with a list of their on-call assignments.
